Return & Refund Policy

At Aura Heaven, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your fitness apparel and gym equipment. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Intimates and undergarments
• Items marked as final sale 
  

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@shopauraheaven.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us at support@shopauraheaven.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@shopauraheaven.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
