Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we send a tracking confirmation email to the address on your order. Click the tracking link to follow your package in real time. If you don't see a tracking email within 4 business days, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

International Orders

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@shopauraheaven.com with your order number. We will investigate immediately and either reship or issue a full refund.
